Residential Building

Custom homes, additions, and full residential remodels for owners across our service area.

Commercial Building

Ground-up construction for storefronts, offices, and other commercial clients.

Commercial Improvement

Tenant improvements, build-outs, and upgrades to existing commercial space.

Home Improvement

Masonry work kept in-house

Masonry stays under our roof

Brick, block, and stonework run through Pearl's own masonry division, not a subcontractor lottery, so the same crew that pours a foundation can also lay the stone entry above it. The same standards carry across every trade on the job, including excavation and site work:

  • Formal scheduling & weekly updates

A written schedule up front and a status update every week until the punch list is done.

  • Material samples & technical data

Real samples and spec sheets reviewed before material orders go in, not after.

  • Licensed equipment operators

Heavy equipment on site runs under licensed operators on maintained equipment.

  • OSHA-trained foremen

Every crew reports to an OSHA-trained foreman responsible for safety and quality on site.
