That is the same standard our Richardson Homes brand builds to, and it applies whether you come to us with an architect's plans or need help developing them.
What is Richardson Homes and how does it relate to Pearl?
Richardson Homes is our custom-home brand, led by Pearl Construction's own president, Larry Richardson, Jr. It is not a separate contractor. Custom homes built under the Richardson Homes name are built by the same licensed Pearl Construction team, under the same Class A license and the same crews.
Do I get to pick materials and see a real schedule?
Yes. Every custom build starts with a formal written estimate, then a construction schedule with material samples and technical data so you can choose finishes with confidence. You get a schedule update every week from groundbreaking to your final walkthrough.
