Where we build most
Three towns anchor most of our schedule. Each has its own mix of housing stock, and its own reason for calling Pearl.
Culpeper, VA
Culpeper is the county seat, about ten minutes from our office, with a historic downtown of century-old brick storefronts near the Culpeper Renaissance Center and Culpeper National Cemetery. Older in-town houses call us for remodeling and masonry repair, while the newer subdivisions ringing downtown lean on us for additions and full-home renovations.
Brandy Station, VA
Brandy Station is where Pearl Construction is headquartered, a rural crossroads community best known for the 1863 cavalry battlefield along Fleetwood Hill. Larger lots and farmhouse-style properties out here are why custom home construction, additions, and site work make up most of our Brandy Station calls.
Remington, VA
About fifteen minutes north in Fauquier County, Remington sits along the Rappahannock River near the Route 15 and Route 29 crossing. A mix of older farmhouses and newer construction keeps our crews busy here with additions, stonework, and general remodeling.
