Both. Our Class A license carries Commercial Building and Commercial Improvement classifications, so we can take a vacant shell to a finished storefront or office, or handle a smaller renovation and improvement project inside an existing space.
Can Pearl work with our architect or engineer's construction documents?
Yes. We regularly build from architect and engineer drawings and can assist with construction-detail questions and technical data as the drawings move into the field, keeping the schedule moving instead of waiting on paperwork.
Do you handle government or institutional projects, not just retail?
Yes. Pearl has experience across residential, commercial, government, and private-sector construction, and our masonry division has completed brick and block work on municipal buildings in addition to private commercial projects.
